Hi, I'm Emily!

I've always believed that some of life's best moments happen around good food. I love eating, baking, and sharing treats with the people I care about, and baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

My love of baking comes from a long line of "cookie moms." My great-grandma was known throughout her neighborhood as the "Cookie Mom" because she baked cookies for her children and their friends almost every day after school. That tradition was passed down to my grandma, then to my mom, and now I'm proudly working toward becoming a cookie mom myself. Some of my favorite memories are baking alongside my mom in the kitchen, learning that homemade treats are about so much more than dessert. They're about bringing people together.

My passion for baking eventually became a career. Throughout high school, I worked as a baker and decorator at Smart Cookie, where I developed my skills and creativity. Later, I became the head pastry chef at the Orem location of Kneaders and eventually trained pastry chefs across the brand for several years. Those experiences taught me the importance of quality ingredients, attention to detail, and creating products people genuinely love.

As a Highland, Utah native, I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve the community I call home. Whether it's a box of cookies, a gourmet dessert, or treats for a special occasion, my goal is to create high-quality baked goods that bring a little extra joy to your day.
